"Datsun" miniature car printing
A request came in to print on a miniature car of the legendary "Datsun Bluebird 510" from years past. This time, the request was from the custom mini car brand, Perz Dept. The photos posted on this page are of the prototype, but later, we received an order for 50 units as the first batch. Printing on 18K gold plating We applied a pre-treatment with flame bond on the 18K gold-plated miniature cars that served as the material. We divided the process into multiple steps to ensure precise printing. To layer the paint according to the curves and uneven surfaces of the miniature cars, we maximized our technical capabilities to complete the project.
